    Shipping from Bulgaria

    We ship worldwide!
    Item will be shipped to your Etsy address!
    So please make sure it is correctly written.

    The products in TheWoolland shop are made-to-order items.
    All of them are produced and then shipped from our workshop based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

    We usually send your orders with UPS EXPEDITED SERVICE (For EU with DPD courier service) with tracked shipping via AIR.

    The delivery time might take up to 10-12 working days your purchase to reach if you are living in the other side of the world.

    8-10 for delivering to Europe,
    Around 10 (maximum 12) days to US, Canada, Australia and other Countries.

    Please inform me if you don’t receive your purchase in 3 weeks!

    EXPRESS COURIER SERVICE OPTION:
    I could also send your orders with Express courier services (UPS , DHL or DPD (for EU)) . If you would like to use this option, please do let me know so I can check and recalculate the shipping price for you (note that it would definitely be higher than the UPS Expedited one). For orders shipped with Express service, please send me your phone number as it is required. Express delivery time is 1-3 working days.

    Note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
    I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Returns and exchange details

    If, for any reason, you shouldn't be happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days. Please notify me by writing, because it might take a while until I receive the returned item!
    After receiving the item in its original condition, I will refund the money. Please keep in mind, that I won't refund any P&P costs.

    Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

    Custom items make an exception - they are not returnable.

    This is the BEST blanket EVER!! I bought two of these and my family loves both of them! The quality is excellent; the item exceeded my expectations and completely matched the description. The shipping was surprisingly fast and I'm just blown away by how luxurious these blankets are. I purchased a queen in linen and Merino Wool and the other was a King in cotton sateen and Merino Wool. LOVE BOTH!!

    The quality is superb, we like the warmness, it is not hot or cold - just perfect. Little bit stiff, but I think it will soften with time. I like the product is very natural, has beautiful scent I love. It arrived just on time for February MI cold weather. Thank you again for great product!

    This is my second purchase from Milena and I am super satisfied. Milen not only sells good quality items but also takes great care to provide excellent customer service. After much wrangling with the DPD shipping company, which failed to deliver my purchase, Milen stepped in and retrieved the item, which he then sent back to me without charging me any extra! I am super extra grateful to Milen for all his care, help and support throughout the whole process - which was not short, as it lasted over 2 months. Super seller!     Along with a 3.5” mattress topper, I ordered one of these and its super comfortable. Cozy! The wool has a slight organic scent that I appreciate. The weather just changed but it seems the kind of weight that works for 4 seasons. This shop is A+!
