It is not necessarily but if you want you can use a cotton (or other non synthetic) cover.

We produce and prepare every package in 1 to 3 working days after receiving the order.
Exclusions are special personalized and customizable items and handmade mattresses and topper. For those we need 5-8 working days for production.

For USA, Canada, UK, Australia, India and worldwide.
Shipping time is usually 8-10 business days.
For items weighting less than 2 kgs we use A1 posts tracked shipping (with their partners USPS and Deutsche posts). Their shipping time is 10-12 days.Â
For European Union (EU) countries we usually use DPD courier service with tracking - shipping time around 10 working days.Â

Returns:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
