We take great care in creating each product, using natural materials and handcrafted processes. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on customer preference.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception.
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at:

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Used or worn products
Custom-made or personalized items
Items not in their original condition
Products returned without prior contact
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible:

The item must be unused and in its original condition
In original packaging with all tags attached
Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.
